Refund policy

We want you to love the items you choose to add to your collection! If you need to make a return, please view the terms below.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to return items to us. 

Return items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@coillclothingco.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, you have the option to receive store credit or have the amount automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
